Bardet-Biedl Syndrome

Manifestations include progressive visual impairment, learning difficulties and problems with kidney function that may lead to more serious complications. There is no cure for Bardet-Biedl syndrome, but symptoms can be treated and/or managed, and many affected adults are able to live independently.
